It's easy finding out who spends the most (hello Kardashian clan) among the celebrity crowd. But try to find out who spends the least. Unless there's a tell-all book written about them, or they've talked about it in an interview, celebs aren't usually that forthcoming when asked about their spending ways. But some do watch their pennies, whether they like to admit it or not.
