WalletPop Comment of the Week
Everyday our readers talk back to us, and we like it that way. Many of the comments are insightful, giving us a glimpse at what's really happening out there, as we all try to cope with the current economic situation. We've decided to select one comment per week to feature on WalletPop. This week's comment comes from Pedro. Pedro on Ontario Wind Farms Challenged in Court:
"Hey guess what. Dirty oil in the oil sands kills ducks when a flock
flies in.
But clean wind is killing birds and bats by the thousand every day and
it is all hushed up. There is a high pressure area that blows their
lungs up and they hit the ground. I dated a girl that worked for a
power company that has wind farms all over Canada. They were trying to
figure out what was up and what they could do.
Each bat can eat up to 9000 misquitos a day. Kinda a big deal.
LIke everything there is politics, and politicians being greased by
big companies and the people that buy what they are saying (emotions
vs facts, kinda like gun control)The big reason we have not even tired
running veichles on other things until it is too late."
