Are you a highly successful middle aged man? You too can date sexy college co-eds at the University of Toronto, as long as you've a steady stream of cash.

The global economic climate combined with massive student loan debt have forced some girls on the UofT campus to find a creative solution when it comes to making money. It seems a lot of them turn to Seeking Arrangement -- a website that matches perspective sugar babies with the sugar daddies willing to pay them for their time (However it happens to be filled).

According to statistics recently released by the site, UofT has the second highest number of college girls, with 471 users taking advantage of the site's matchmaking capabilities. The number is second only to New York University with 498 users. In general, women out number men on the site five to one and while most of the girls leave their fee negotiable, the average seems to be between $1,000 and $5,000 per month for those that do list it on their profiles. Inevitably, there are some women who over value themselves, posting requested amounts between $10,000 and $20,000 per month without the Perfect 10 looks to back it up.

Yeah, you can call the arrangement anything you want, but just don't call it prostitution in front of the ladies. "I make it known that that's not my expectation," Christine Morris told 20/20 last Friday. The New York-based former co-ed joined Seeking Arrangement after not being able to pay her $10,000 per semester tuition for music school, despite having three jobs. She dropped out of school just one semester short of her Bachelor's Degree.

"I had just taken out too many student loans...I couldn't take out anymore," she insisted.

Though, her first priority is a man to help offset the cost of her tuition money, if you prod, you will find out that she's not entirely against the arrangement going a little further. "If the opportunity and interest provides itself, I wouldn't mind actually meeting someone who I can connect with on a greater level... friends, and then maybe a world more together," she wrote on her profile.

Either way, it's a good gig if you can get it. The 24-year-old pulls in about $100 to $500 per date and a lot of Toronto girls are doing the same. Simone Dadoun-Cohen was a York University student over a decade ago, earning between $800 to $2,000 stripping. But then in 2008, she took the sex appeal for money idea to the next level and started establishedmen.com. It's the same deal as Seeking Arrangements, with the girls getting on for free and the guys paying. In this case, $49 a month plus fees for virtual gifts and frills.

"Conventional dating is dead," insisted Dadoun-Cohen to the Toronto Sun when she told them that paying for it directly beats trolling the bars. "We're not just a dating site. Here you're not just going out to get a birthday cake -- if you want chocolate, you get chocolate. If you want a cherry on top, you get a cherry on top."

She knows what she's talking about too. Now, Dadoun-Cohen is a married woman with three kids -- to a former customer she met stripping. The man is now supporting her in her business. So while the women earn money they want, what's in it for the men? Turns out some have given up on the chase and are tired of guessing.

"You can make a deal with the girl you don't have to worry whether it's going to be yes or no," 50-year-old entrepreneur Ady Gil told 20/20. "You don't have to take them to dinner and hope that something is going to happen the cards are on the table."

If I'm reading between the lines, it sounds like he thinks he can't get the girl without dropping a few bills, but who am I to judge? I'm currently single and money still talks. Let's put it to the audience...

Ladies, what would you do for a mortgage payment or the value of an education? And guys, would you pay to date a young lady?
