9 Big Companies That Will Disappear in 2012

big companiesFor the CEO's of these companies, 2011 couldn't end fast enough.

Will 2012 bring better fortunes for these organizations?

24/7 Wall St. compiled its list of companies most likely to vanish by focusing on those that are serious mergers and acquisitions targets, those that are weak players in industries with too many competitors for any to become highly profitable, corporations that Wall Street believes are worth more in parts than intact, and generally, those in good old-fashioned deep fiscal trouble.

Theses are the 9 companies that we're betting won't survive to see 2013.

Stupid Americans? The facts are that we Americans have invented more than the rest of the world put together, not to mention saved alot of people, in alot of ways, through the use of our invented technology contributions for the good of many more than our own. After we share technology, some seem to get puffed up with their contributions in improving it. So who is stupid? America will always reinvent it's great inventive intuition, don't ever count us out !

I don't know if RIM has a bigger market share outside of the U.S. however I would like to point out that Europe's population is more than double the U.S. India has 1.2 Billion people and China has 1.3 Billion, so I question your assertion that the U.S. is the largest commercial market place for Smartphones.

Stupid Americans? DO you realize that the U.S. is the largest commercial market in the world. If you can't make it there, just give up. RIM will definitely fold as American companies such as Apple and Google expand their presence internationally. RIM will fold faster than Superman on laundry day by the rate they're going.

People who think RIM is dying are bloody idiots. If you stupid Americans could grasp the fact that there exists a world beyond the United States you`d f***ing know that in emerging markets like India RIM and BlackBerry are in fact Growing. Yes their market share in the US has slipped, but in the rest of the world it`s still going strong.
