The Recall Report: Outdoor Equipment, Child Restraint System & Chocolate

For those outdoor enthusiasts that are outside no matter what the weather, be aware of these two recalls:Health Canada has issued a recall for the Redhead Hubstyle Promo Hunting Blind, as the tent fabric does not meet the flammability requirements under Canadian law.
The tent is made from polyester fabric, with SKU #1795687 and model number RB-1003.
The hunting blind was sold at Bass Pro Shops across Canada between August and October 2011. Consumers can return the hunting blind for a full refund or store credit.

Health Canada has also issued a recall for Blaze jelled chafing fuel, which is used as a way to generate an instant fire for cooking. The fuel product does not meet the labelling requirements for a consumer chemical product under Canadian law.
The Blaze fuel is sold as a single canister, with UPC 094922637024 or as a two-pack with UPC 794666781002. There have been no reports of injuries in relation to this product.
Over 21,000 product items were sold at various retailers across Canada from October 2009 until January 2012. Consumers should dispose of the product as approved by Municipal hazardous waste guidelines.
Transport Canada has issued a public notice for the Britax Infant/Child Restraint System. The French language label on the system is inaccurate in its identification of the proper height of the infant/child in relation to using the system.
The system with the incorrect labels can be identified by model number E9LD51A Roundabout 55 CAN in onyx and E9LD52P Roundabout 55 CAN in smokey pearl. There were 200 sold across Canada at various retailers.
Consumers are asked to use the English language instructions and can contact Britax to send the correct French language instructions and label replacement at 1-888-427-4829.
The Canadian Food Inspection Agency has issued recalls for the following items:
- Canadian Hazelnut Inc. has issued a recall for the following items as the label doesn't include milk as an ingredient: Dark chocolate hazelnut bark, Hazelnut chocolate butter, Dark chocolate fruit and hazelnut bark, Dark chocolate cranberry hazelnut bark, and Dipped dark chocolate hazelnut, all sold from Canadian Hazelnut Inc. in Agassiz, BC.
- Ilana Robyn Foods Ltd. has issued a recall for the following Sweets from the Earth items as the label doesn't include milk as an ingredient: Dairy Free Wild Blueberry Cheesecake, Spiced Carrot Cake, Dairy Free Chocolate Cheesecake and Gluten Free & Dairy Free Espresso Cheesecake, distributed through various retailers in Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario and Quebec.
- Fruiticana Produce Inc. has issued a recall for bunches of fenugreek leaves as the product is contaminated with toxic weed senecio vulgaris. The item was sold in Fruiticana stores in British Columbia and Alberta.
