The number of winners to be selected in a specific Contest will be posted on the applicable Contest site. Potential winners will be contacted via email and will be asked to provide their full name, age and mailing address within a specified time period. If a potential winner does not respond within the timeframe stated in the notification email, the Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner in his/her place at random from all entries received during the Entry Period.

The winners are responsible for any taxes and fees associated with receipt or use of a prize.
9. GENERAL CONDITIONS: In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Contest is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to fraud, virus, or other technical problem, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either: (a) suspend the Contest to address the impairment and then resume the Contest in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (b) award the prizes at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Think you know everything you need about retiring? You probably don't according to a recent TD Waterhouse poll. The poll found that Canadians still believe certain myths about debt, saving and retirement. In Whitney Houston We Trust

Eighteen-year-old Bobbi Kristina Brown's troubled life took a turn for the worst last Saturday when her mother, Whitney Houston, died tragically in a Beverly Hills hotel room. With her dear and talented mother gone, let's hope that a trust fund was left behind as part of the songstress' legacy.
Some people might automatically assume that Bobbi Kristina will be a trust fund baby because of the wealth of both her famous parents. To date it's hard to put a figure on Whitney Houston's financial worth, however, at one point she sold over 200,000 million albums and singles. For a time she was one of America's wealthiest women, in fact, she was listed third, just after Oprah Winfrey and Barbara Streisand. That's no surprise considering the extraordinary singer had signed a $100 million record deal in 2001. Alas, that was a long time ago.
Where to Find Free Tax Help

Can you spare $157.3 million dollars? No? I didn't think so. According to Statistics Canada that's what individuals and unincorporated businesses spent in 2010 to prepare and file their taxes. The worst part is some Canadians shouldn't have to pay a penny.
Who can get help
If you are considered to be a low-income wage earner you could be eligible for free tax preparation. Many not-for-profit agencies, such as the United Way provide core funding to community organizations so that they can offer free tax clinics. Some organizations have an individual income cut off of $25,000 and under, or a family income of $35,000 and under. Many of these tax clinics will open by the end of February.

Enjoy More Joys Than Sorrows in Your Retirement
Filed under: Budgeting & Planning, Retirement and RRSPs, Taxes
Aging is not for sissies. Not only will your body start reminding you of all of those merry days and nights when you ignored it, hoping faintly you could do so for ever and with impunity. Your income will change dramatically, too.Now what? Well, you have a simple choice: accept it, sit down in your rocking chair and wait till death do us part. Or, on the other hand, you will NOT accept it and live life to the fullest. You will find that – theoretically, at least – you ought to have much more time to live life to the fullest now that you don't have to be in the office from nine to five. Guess what? You're barely coping.
That's called the Parkinson's Law effect: work (or any other activity, for that matter) fills the time that is available. (You should obtain a copy of the law in any good bookstore. You won't regret it. It will add more laugh wrinkles to your face, and these are the best wrinkles one can have.)
