The Recall Report: Strollers, Log Splitters & Listeria Warnings

Filed under: Food & Drink, House & Home, Product Recalls

It's still all about the household this week on the recall report.

Consumers should be aware of a recall by B.O.B. Trailers and Health Canada of 11 different models of single and double strollers. The strollers included in the recall are labelled with the logo BOB, Ironman or Stroller Strides.

This is an expansion of a recall issued in February 2011, due to a child being able to remove the backing of the embroidered logo on the stroller canopy, which can become a possible choking hazard.

Over 27,000 B.O.B Trailer strollers were sold at retail and online across Canada from November 1998 until October 2011.

Consumers are asked to remove the embroidered logo before continuing to use the stroller. Information and instructions can be acquired from B.O.B. Trailers at 1-855-242-2245.
