Three-time medallist Marnie McBean has been mentoring Canada’s Winter and Summer Olympic teams since 2006. As a rower McBean competed at the 1992 Summer Olympics in the coxless pairs and eights events, winning gold medals in both. Today she's an author, an Olympic broadcaster for CTV and has served on multiple boards and organizations devoted to sports.
