"The Daily Telegraph" 19 January, 2004 shown next to a competitors newspaper dedicating its front page to the sale of the right wing British broadsheet by Canadian tycoon Lord Conrad Black in a deal clinched in New York over the weekend. A 100-page opinion issued 26 February, 2004, included scathing criticism of Black, and Vice Chancellor Leo Strine of the Delaware Chancery Court’s intention to issue an injunction against the sale of Hollinger International to David and Frederick Barclay.
